Mansion Park

Did you take pension transfer advice from Mansion Park?

If you did, there’s a substantial chance you could have been mis-advised and suffered significant losses. Victims the length and breadth of the UK were engaged as customers by the huge cold-calling lead generation business they operated from their own premises.

Beat the Banks continue to help many of Mansion Park’s victims who were given disastrous advice to move their defined benefit workplace pensions elsewhere and as a consequence have suffered huge losses.

Based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire, Mansion Park are now in liquidation following an FCA review that saw significant restrictions imposed on the business. In the months leading up to their collapse and then immediately afterwards Richard Hayes, a former director, aggressively targeted customers of the failed firm in an attempt to move them to Loughborough based IFA, First Service Financial where he is now listed as a financial adviser.

In September 2021 Money Marketing, a leading on-line financial journal, disclosed the full involvement of Richard Hayes with First Service Financial and the fact that many advisers and staff who formerly worked with Mansion Park had since taken up new positions with the new firm, including Killian Kirkpatrick, a former Mansion Park employee, who now occupies the functions of director and independent financial adviser at First Service Financial.

Little wonder then that yet another online financial journal, City Wire, also raised serious concerns about Mr Hayes and the directors of four other firms involved in the British Steel pension debacle.
