Did the Independent Benefit Consultancy transfer your final salary pension to Prudential and were you referred to them by the former director of PTC Financial Advice Ltd and PTC Financial Advice (Scotland) Ltd ?
Sadly, in the last few months many of the pension transfer victims that we have dealt with have –
- Received unsolicited correspondence signed “Paul.” The letter states as fact many things which are profoundly untrue. You can view the letter via this link – PC Letter
- Ironically in another letter addressed to “Dear Former Client,” which you can view via this link PC Former client letter it’s ironically quoted – “I’m not allowed to contact you.” The letter then goes on to provide claims management advice which the writer of the letter is not authorised or regulated to provide. A clear offence and a bit like a plumber pretending to be a doctor.
- Many have subsequently received unsolicited calls, and texts from Gillian (from 07739 399715) requesting a meeting with “Paul” PC Text from Office. Equally, Paul has made unsolicited personal calls to the homes of his former clients.
- Some have had the indignity of having unsolicited and unsigned claims submitted to Quilter on their behalf.
- Some have had received personal visits from Paul and duped into signing disclaimers which have no legal basis.
For the sake of clarity Paul holds no consent to process your data, nor any legitimate interest to do so either. Paul also holds no FCA authorisation.
If this sounds familiar, we want to hear from you and share more of the shocking story.
